About Us - Wes' Story ...
Wes' Rib House first opened on 1973 on Broad Street, in Providence. We then relocated to 38 Dike Street, in Historic Olneyville, in 1983. Owner Michael Solomon built a brand new addition in 2012, where we reside today. Many Presidents, gas prices, technologies and accolades later, we still have that same, great, open wood fire pit smoking delicious ribs and meats including Port, Beef, Lamb, Chicken and more!
